Multi-Unit Manager Requirements

  • 2+ years of multi-unit retail, fitness, automotive, or hospitality management experience
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, organization, and communication skills
  • Previous P&L management experience with strong financial acumen, with the ability to teach others how to drive sales and revenue in multiple locations
  • Ability to develop and implement processes and structures
  • Create comprehensive hiring, training, and onboarding procedures regionally
  • Lead by example with care, compassion, and extensive support
  • Empower leaders and create career paths for motivated team members
