Our client is seeking an Office Administrator for their heavy equipment dealership. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in a dealership setting and possess strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Office Administrator Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage between $20-$25 per hour
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) plan

Office Administrator Requirements:
- At least two years of dealership experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other software platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service mindset
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, filing systems, and interdepartmental coordination
- Handle customer service issues promptly and with courtesy
- Manage financial tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and record keeping
- Support HR functions like onboarding, time tracking, and payroll coordination
- Assist sales, service, and parts teams with documentation, scheduling, and inventory updates
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain required regulatory documentation
- Utilize dealership software for CRM, accounting, and operational management
