Do you have a passion for crafting beautiful, delicious desserts? We're looking for a Part-Time Evening Pastry Chef to join our growing team and bring creativity, precision, and love for pastry to our kitchen. You’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and plated pastries with consistency and excellence during evening production hours. You’ll work closely with our culinary team to support special events, prep for next-day service, and maintain high standards of presentation and flavor.

Pastry Chef Responsibilities:

Prepare, bake, and finish pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts
Follow and refine existing recipes, while also contributing creative ideas
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and equipment
Assist with prep for catering and special events
Ensure quality control and consistency in all dessert items

Pastry Chef Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of pastry experience in an Upscale or Fine Dining kitchen or bakery
Strong attention to detail and time management
Familiarity with classic and modern pastry techniques
Ability to work independently during evening shifts
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
A passion for sweets and dedication to craftsmanship
