Fantastic opportunity for an experienced, polished professional Fine Dining General Manager to join a very respected brand. Candidate should have high level service, food and wine knowledge and experience with Five Star/Five Diamond standards.

General Manager, Fine Dining Benefits and Compensation-

General Manager, Fine Dining Requirements & Qualifications-

  • At least 5 years fine dining leadership and 3 years fine dining at the General Manager level
  • Excellent wine and white tablecloth service knowledge
  • Polished, professional and service oriented presence

General Manager, Fine Dining Preferred Background & Skills-

  • Comfortable with BOH procedures to facilitate overall success of venue
  • Experience creating Stand Operating Procedures helpful
  • Solid tenure with previous opportunities – no unexplained gaps or short times at jobs

The General Manager, Fine Dining opportunity salary is $100-110K/year.
