Chef de Cuisine – Lead the Culinary Vision at a Premier Gulf Coast Destination

Chef de Cuisine Requirements and Qualifications:
- Oversee and inspire a skilled culinary team in a scratch kitchen focused on fresh, seasonal Gulf Coast ingredients
- Maintain and elevate the culinary standards that have made Dauphin’s a destination restaurant
- Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leaders to craft exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure excellence in execution, consistency, and presentation of every dish
- Drive training, development, and retention in a professional and respectful kitchen culture
Chef de Cuisine Preferred Background and Skills:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens
- Proven ability to manage high-volume service without sacrificing quality
- A deep appreciation for Southern, Creole, and Gulf Coast flavors
- A hands-on, positive leadership style that emphasizes collaboration and standards
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and continuous improvement
