- MANAGING PARTNER OPPORTUNITY NEAR THE LAKE ERIE ISLANDS:

We are a dynamic, high-volume, upscale casual concept looking for a Managing Partner. If you are a seasoned hospitality professional with an ownership mentality looking to level up your career, we want to talk to you!
Managing Partner Compensation and Benefits:
- 10% Profit Share
- 50% Company sponsored health insurance including medical, dental, and vision
- 401K with company match
- 2 Weeks PTO
- Ownership potential after 1 year of employment
Managing Partner Requirements:
- $5M+ annual revenue experience in an upscale casual establishment
- Hands on BOH experience with strong kitchen operations and culinary skills
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence
- Strong bar management experience, including mixology, inventory, and training
- Passion for hospitality and ability to build guest relations
- 10+ years restaurant leadership experience
