Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- High Volume Live Fire Grill experience is required
- 3+ years as a Sous Chef in a high volume Fine Dining or Steak House environment
- Managing the Kitchen Team with professionalism and integrity
- Coordinating with the FOH team to ensure perfect service
- Working the line with the team during busy service times
- Ensuring consistent heat and productivity of the live fire grill
Sous Chef Preferred Background and Skills
- High Volume Steak Houses or Fine Dining Establishments
- Presentable guest facing table side manner
- Ability to lead a team of tenured professionals
- Experience with Private Parties and Small Functions
