Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years as a Sous Chef in fine dining or upscale steakhouse environment
- Live fire grill experience is required
- Proven ability to lead with professionalism and integrity
Preferred Skills/Responsibilities
- Background in fine dining or high-volume steakhouses
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with banquet/private dinners
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a polished presence
