Fine dining French-Asian fusion and sushi concept is seeking a Sous Chef.

SUSHI KITCHEN MANAGER BENEFITS:

SUSHI KITCHEN MANAGER REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of Sushi experience
  • 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience
  • Upscale concept experience
  • Ability to multitask and have meticulous attention-to-detail
  • Solution-oriented and excellent collaborator
  • Intelligent, level-headed, and common sense
  • Professional at all times, with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work shifts with the team, with standards of excellence

SUSHI KITCHEN MANAGER PREFERRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

  • Fine-dining experience is appreciated
  • Experience with Omakase
  • Collaboration on menu creation ideas
  • Experience with cost control and P&L
  • Willingness to grow and continually learn
