We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and drive marketing initiatives for company brands. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract new guests, and deepen customer loyalty across our U.S. locations. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for hospitality and fine dining.

Restaurant Marketing Manager Responsibilities: 

 

·       Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our brands’ dining experiences, special events, and seasonal menus across digital and traditional channels

·       Manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X) to engage audiences and showcase our unique brand identity 

·       Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to align marketing efforts with new menu launches, events, and promotions 

·       Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs

·       Manage relationships with influencers, media, and community partners to enhance brand exposure

·       Support local marketing initiatives tailored to each location

·       Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns

·       Stay updated on luxury dining trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

 

Restaurant Marketing Manager Qualifications: 

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field 

·       4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or luxury brand sector 

·       Proven success in managing social media, digital marketing, and content creation for consumer-facing brands

·       Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency. 

·       Creative mindset with a passion for food, culture, and the dining experience. 

·       Experience working with luxury or fine-dining brands is a plus. 

·       The ability to travel occasionally to support marketing efforts.
