Experienced Fine Dining Head Chef needed for a high-end restaurant in Blue Ridge, GA!

One of Georgia's most picturesque resort properties nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains is seeking a fine dining Head Chef to join its team and lead the restaurant. Head Chef Expectations:

Leadership presence and involvement in shift management. 

Models hospitality and delivers service excellence. 

Develops staff. 

Deliver the highest quality of food and contribute to exceeding expectations. 

Consistent execution of all systems, standards and processes.  

Inventory control (food & product cost). 

Ability to create and implement recipes and specials

Head Chef Requirements:

Michelin Star Restaurant Experience

2-3 years leadership in preferably high-end, chef driven concepts

Established longevity & career progression. 

Professional image & demeanor. 

Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results.
