Our client is looking for a team of two individuals who can work together to manage facility maintenance, guest satisfaction and property improvement for a gorgeous and diverse vacation rental property near Strawberry, Arizona. This role will be shared between two individuals for the higher salary range but offered at the lower salary for one individual. This is a long-term/permanent commitment: this is not a seasonal role.

Property Manager Perks:

Property Manager Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of vacation rental property management and/or managing a housekeeping team
  • Ability and desire to live near Strawberry, AZ or Pine, AZ
  • Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and on-call for emergencies
  • Inherently professional approach; ready to be in front of guests at any time, as needed
  • Proven track record of managing contractors, team members and maintaining facilities
  • Solid work tenure with excellent professional references
  • Technical aptitude in order to navigate the online booking system app
