We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Front of House Operational Leader to join our team. This will be tons of fun and an opportunity to move your career into high gear as you will have the limelight on you all of the time. Are you up for the challenge? Operational Leader Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading A+ shifts.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow.
- Uphold the brand standards and role models in all instances.
Operational Leader Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $7 million-plus in annualized sales.
- A minimum 3 years in high-volume restaurant management
- Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
Operational Leader Benefits:
- Above-average base salary of up to $90K
