We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager with a strong background in back-of-house operations to lead our team in a high-volume, scratch-cooked kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a concept grounded in quality and hospitality.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience
- Strong Back of House leadership experience, including kitchen operations and food cost control
- Proven ability to manage seasonal menu changes, team training, and execution
- Capable of driving performance and culture across both FOH and BOH teams
Qualifications
- Passionate about scratch cooking, comfort cuisine, and seasonal sourcing
- Skilled in P&L management, labor control, and inventory systems
- Strong communicator and team builder who ,leads with integrity and accountability
- Ready for a leadership opportunity with room to grow as the concept expands
