Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the BOH team with a focus on consistency, cleanliness, and execution
- Oversee prep, line operations, and ticket flow in a high-volume scratch kitchen
- Maintain food and labor cost targets
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times
- Partner with the FOH team to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience
- Train and mentor line cooks and prep team members
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of KM or BOH leadership experience in a full-service or polished casual concept
- Scratch kitchen experience required
- Strong understanding of food safety, inventory, and labor controls
- Current employment preferred
- Positive, hands-on, team-oriented leader who leads by example
