Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the BOH team with a focus on consistency, cleanliness, and execution
  • Oversee prep, line operations, and ticket flow in a high-volume scratch kitchen
  • Maintain food and labor cost targets
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times
  • Partner with the FOH team to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience
  • Train and mentor line cooks and prep team members

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of KM or BOH leadership experience in a full-service or polished casual concept
  • Scratch kitchen experience required
  • Strong understanding of food safety, inventory, and labor controls
  • Current employment preferred
  • Positive, hands-on, team-oriented leader who leads by example
