We are a growing restaurant group looking for a Controller to join the family. This person must have previous restaurant or hotel Controller experience. If you are looking for a company where you will love going to work, this is the place!
Controller Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Accounting/Finance degree preferred
- 2 plus years of experience as a Controller within the hospitality industry
- Revenue experience of at least 10MM
- GAAP Accounting
- Manage the daily finances of the company locations
- Drive overall company profitability
- Great at developing people and helping them achieve their goalsin all departments
- Organized and strategic, strong communicator, and team player
- Hands-on role – must be a doer while working with an operations team
- Strong focus on managing financial operations and cost improvements
- Able to think critically and assess data
- Energetic leadership personality
Controller Benefits/Compensation:
- Base salary up to 90K DOE plus bonus potential
