Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the management team
Develop and implement marketing strategies, including pricing, and execute successful happy hours
Manage BOH scheduling, training, and operational efficiency
Ensure smooth menu rollouts and maintain high food quality standards
Drive community engagement to attract and retain customers
Maintain financial oversight, including cost control and operational budgeting
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve top performance
Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership and decision-making skills
Experience managing both BOH and FOH operations
Strong marketing acumen, with a focus on specials, promotions, and LSM strategies
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
At least 3 years as a Senior Restaurant Manager or GM in a full-service setting
Ability to develop and execute growth strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
Financially responsible with a commitment to operational excellence
People-focused with a strong emphasis on team development
