Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the management team
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including pricing, and execute successful happy hours
  • Manage BOH scheduling, training, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure smooth menu rollouts and maintain high food quality standards
  • Drive community engagement to attract and retain customers
  • Maintain financial oversight, including cost control and operational budgeting
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve top performance
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience managing both BOH and FOH operations
  • Strong marketing acumen, with a focus on specials, promotions, and LSM strategies
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • At least 3 years as a Senior Restaurant Manager or GM in a full-service setting
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
  • Financially responsible with a commitment to operational excellence
  • People-focused with a strong emphasis on team development
