Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, making strategic decisions to drive success
- Maintain a deep knowledge and passion for our menu, ensuring exceptional quality
- Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, HR, and sales teams
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering teamwork and excellence
- Manage financial and administrative operations, including reconciliations and budgeting
- Uphold our restaurant’s vision, standards, and community-driven culture
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of upscale dining management experience *NRO experience, a huge plus!
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Proficiency in industry software & financial management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
