What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily salon operations with confidence and professionalism
- Motivate and manage a high-performing team of stylists and front desk staff
- Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining luxury standards and an inviting salon culture
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, and retail management
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development
- Collaborate on promotions, events, and client engagement strategies
- Analyze and report on salon performance and identify growth opportunities
- Uphold brand image, cleanliness, and a customer-first approach
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience managing a salon, spa, or beauty-focused business
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A people-first mindset with a strong eye for detail and service excellence
- Ability to support creative professionals while driving revenue and performance
- Comfortable with salon software, retail systems, and reporting tools
