Director of Operations Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Prior volume experience of 8+ million annually
  • Oversight of large teams of 50+ individuals
  • Keen knowledge of food and beverage
  • Proven track record of solutions-oriented management
  • Ability to implement systems to increase efficiency
  • Servant-leader mentality
  • ServSafe and TIPS certification
