Director of Operations Requirements and Responsibilities
- Prior volume experience of 8+ million annually
- Oversight of large teams of 50+ individuals
- Keen knowledge of food and beverage
- Proven track record of solutions-oriented management
- Ability to implement systems to increase efficiency
- Servant-leader mentality
- ServSafe and TIPS certification
