We are an upscale dining destination known for exceptional service and culinary excellence. We are seeking a dynamic Area Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Area Director of Operations Salary & Benefits:

Area Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and top-tier guest experiences.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee staffing, training, and team development to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to uphold quality, consistency, and brand standards.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls while driving revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Area Director of Operations Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a multi-unit leadership role within upscale or fine dining establishments.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
