Fast casual concept in search of a dynamic, inspirational leader who possesses a passion for food, leading and engaging with others.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Oversee the creation of casual grill items and local cuisine in a fast casual, counter service environment
- Ensure adherence to all food and safety protocols
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Successful background of leading and building strong teams
- 3+ years as an Exec Chef or Culinary Manager
- Thrives in fast-paced setting
- Must have Caribbean Cuisine in your background
- Must be able to pass a security clearance / background check
