Are you a Public Tax Accountant who is ready to fast-track your career to Partner? We’re a fast-growing, client-focused accounting firm seeking CPA's with 10+ years of public tax experience to take the lead on high-impact engagements and grow with us long-term. You’ll work directly with business owners, oversee tax and accounting operations, and shape the future of the firm. What We’re Looking For

  • Active CPA license
  • 10+ years of public accounting/tax experience from small to mid-sized companies
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Experience with small business advisory, QuickBooks, and tax resolution
  • Someone who is already reviewing and signing for a firm is highly preferred

What You’ll Do

  • Lead tax planning and preparation for small businesses and individuals
  • Handle IRS tax problem resolution, audits, and compliance
  • Advise on incorporation and new business setup
  • Oversee payroll services and QuickBooks support
  • Manage small business accounting and provide strategic advisory services
  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate on firm strategy
