We’re hiring a polished and driven General Manager (Relocation to Jacksonville, FL) to take the helm of a refined dining concept known for elegant service, seasonal cuisine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This is an opportunity for a hospitality leader to make their mark in a high-touch, chef-driven restaurant with a reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day operations with attention to detail and service excellence
  • Coach and grow a professional FOH team
  • Maintain the highest standards of food, hospitality, and guest engagement
  • Oversee financial performance: budgeting, labor, and cost control
  • Drive a positive, professional culture that reflects the spirit of the concept

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as General Manager in an upscale or fine dining environment
  • Confident leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong wine and cocktail knowledge and an eye for service details
  • Proven success in improving guest satisfaction and operational performance
  • A passion for hospitality and a desire to become part of the Jacksonville dining community
