Fine Dining – Sous Chef
Looking for a concept where you can learn, grow, and lead? You must have three or more years of BOH salaried management experience in high-volume, scratch-cooking, upscale casual/polished dining, and/or fine dining environments. Some corporate experience is strongly preferred, though not required. Only candidates whose experience is primarily in upscale casual/polished dining and/or fine dining will be considered.
Fine Dining – Sous Chef Benefits & Compensation
- A competitive salary range of $61,000 to $68,000, depending on experience
- Bonus potential

Fine Dining – Sous Chef Requirements
- Salaried BOH management experience in a high-volume environment generating $7,000,000+ in annual sales
- Upscale casual, polished dining, or fine dining experience preferred and ideal for our concept
- Being verbally fluent in both English and Spanish is a strong plus
- Previous steakhouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to manage a high-volume scratch kitchen
Fine Dining – Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Build and inspire high-performing BOH teams through leadership, coaching, and development
- Deliver consistently outstanding guest experiences by ensuring food quality, presentation, and execution standards are met
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-energy, high-volume setting
- Drive sales and profitability through operational excellence and cost management
- Uphold a culture of authenticity, innovation, and hospitality-driven service
- Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
