Upscale Dining Manager
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Upscale Dining Manager to lead the operations of a beloved, service-driven restaurant. Known for its elevated food and beverage program, this establishment offers a refined dining experience and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality in a warm, welcoming environment.
Upscale Dining Manager | Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $74,000–$84,000

Upscale Dining Manager | Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of salaried AGM or GM-level experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
- At least 4 years in restaurant management roles preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage programs
- Proven leadership skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to lead with integrity, foster a positive team culture, and engage meaningfully with guests
Upscale Dining Manager | Responsibilities
- Ensure operational excellence by upholding and continuously improving service standards
- Oversee all aspects of financial performance, including budgeting, cost controls, and reporting
- Champion a supportive, collaborative workplace culture focused on guest satisfaction and employee development
- Maintain expert knowledge of menu offerings, wine selections, and beverage programs
- Provide a consistent, visible presence in the dining room, leading by example in guest interactions and service delivery
- Inspire, coach, and develop the management and hourly teams, promoting accountability and operational consistency
