We’re looking for someone high-energy and focused on creating amazing guest experiences to be our long-term sandwich and catering store Manager. This individual will ensure that processes are followed and that product is to specification before reaching the guest. Maintaining cleanliness to code, controlling costs, and creating a team dedicated to guest experience are top priorities.
General Manager Position Benefits:

General Manager Position Requirements:
· Positive, seasoned Manager unfazed by high-volume
· 2-3 years similar experience in a similar role, in a high-volume fast-casual, quick-serve or similar concept. Sandwich experience is a plus.
· Ability to train, lead, accomplish goals alongside a diverse team of restaurant professionals in a hands-on style.
