Country Club Director of Food and Beverage

An established private country club in New Hampshire is hiring a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. While golf is a passion here, delivering an exceptional culinary and hospitality experience to our members is our top priority. We're looking for a hands-on leader with a service-first mindset to help elevate the overall guest experience.

Country Club Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or private club setting
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain team members
  • A leadership style rooted in teamwork and service

Country Club Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities:

  • Be a visible presence in the dining room, fostering a welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and execution
  • Manage monthly inventory and control costs
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Develop and manage staff schedules aligned with business forecasts
