Executive Chef – Celebrate New Orleans Traditions

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver consistently outstanding food and guest satisfaction through flavor-driven dishes.
  • Manage purchasing, food cost control, and labor efficiencies with precision.
  • Inspire and guide a motivated, high-performance culinary team with clear expectations and mentorship.
  • Ensure top-tier cleanliness and safety protocols while preserving the brand’s standards of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3–5 years in a top kitchen leadership role.
  • Experience in high-volume operations is highly desirable.
  • Formal culinary training is a plus, though not essential.
  • Proven skills in team leadership, kitchen organization, and multitasking.
