We’re seeking a Director of Engineering to lead Project, Design, and Controls teams, ensuring efficient product development and on-time delivery. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader ready to drive innovation and excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Director of Engineering Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical)
  • Ten or more years of R&D and mechanical design experience
  • Five or more years of leadership experience managing teams of at least ten engineers
  • Proficiency in CFD, FEA, Vibration Analysis, and Pneumatic Conveying
  • Expertise in ISO standards, safety compliance, and quality systems
  • Proven ability to lead design, project execution, and controls functions
  • Strong project management and scheduling skills
  • Five or more years of hands-on experience with rotating equipment, powder processing, or power transmission systems
  • Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams
