Our client has experienced tremendous growth and is seeking Outside Sales Representatives for their roofing company. No sales experience is required, as they will train motivated candidates who possess a growth mindset mentality. Great candidates possess excellent customer service skills, are coachable, and have a growth mindset.

Outside Sales – Roofing Sales Professional Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary between $50k – $55k
  • Commission opportunities based upon sales volume (First year average earnings is between $70k-$90k)

Outside Sales – Roofing Sales Professional Requirements:

  • An interest in learning the sales process and providing excellent customer service
  • The ability to work outside and contact clients by going door to door in all weather conditions
  • At least two years of work experience
  • The ability to pass a background check

Outside Sales – Roofing Sales Professional Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling and network referrals
  • Schedule roof inspections
  • Liaison with internal teams to provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Deliver estimates, assist homeowners with filing insurance claims, and act as a point of contact for clients
  • Stay up to date on industry trends
