Join a dynamic and growing plaintiff-side employment law firm as a Class Action Associate Attorney focused on fighting for employee rights. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented litigator with experience handling workplace claims such as wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, and PAGA matters. Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 – $175,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of employment law claims, including FEHA violations, FLSA wage disputes, and PAGA representative actions
- Draft legal documents including motions, complaints, and discovery responses
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies with the litigation team
- Participate in depositions, mediation, and trial preparation
- Maintain communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with partners and associates to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in class action employment litigation
- Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
- Familiarity with employment law statutes such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and California Labor Code
