General Manager – Lead Service at a Beloved Craft Brewery

Join a thriving, community-loved brewery and take charge of a fast-paced, high-energy front-of-house operation. You'll lead a talented service team, shape the guest experience, and own the day-to-day flow of a popular craft beer destination. This is the perfect role for a hands-on leader who thrives in the action and takes pride in building a standout hospitality culture.

General Manager Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive base salary with monthly performance-based bonuses (historically exceeding $100K annually)

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong team leadership and staff development skills

• Operational experience managing FOH flow, scheduling, and inventory

• Clear, proactive communication and calm leadership under pressure

• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-performance environments



General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump on the line during service

• Experience in high-volume brewery, taproom, or restaurant settings
