We are currently searching for a restaurant sous chef / kitchen manager for a HIGH VOLUME restaurant that features extensive catering operations and an offsite prep kitchen. High-volume independent experience is critical.

Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager Requirements:

Mix of independent and corporate restaurants in background.
Experience cooking a variety of styles of cuisine.
Experience working in a high volume setting ($5mil+).
3+ years experience in the heart of house.
Catering or commissary prep experience highly preferred.
