Executive Catering Chef

This busy, full-service catering company is seeking a talented Executive Chef to take charge of our kitchen operations and help drive its business. They are looking for a proactive leader with a strong culinary vision and operational excellence in high-volume settings.

Executive Catering Chef Core Duties:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage all back-of-house staff including sous chefs, cooks, and dish team
  • Develop seasonal and customized menus aligned with event types and client preferences
  • Ensure consistent execution and presentation of food that meets quality and safety standards
  • Manage food and labor budgets to support company financial goals
  • Collaborate with sales and event teams to align food offerings with client expectations

Executive Catering Chef Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of culinary leadership in catering, banquets
  • Track record of managing $1M+ in annual volume
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Skilled communicator with strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Creative chef with a passion for presentation and flavor
