Join a progressive and growing company that manages multiple fuel station and convenience store locations. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and elevate our operations across Nevada.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Area Manager overseeing multiple in fuel stations or convenience stores.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and profit management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive results while maintaining high employee morale.
- Willingness to travel regularly to various store locations (50% travel required).
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Area Managers responsible for multiple store locations.
- Ensure all locations meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards across all sites.
- Oversee staffing, training, and development of store teams.
- Implement company policies, ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.
- Develop marketing and promotional initiatives to increase customer traffic.
- Manage expense controls to maximize profitability.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
