Are you a visionary culinary leader with a passion for global flavors and show-stopping presentation? We’re looking for an Catering Executive Chef to bring creativity, precision, and leadership to our high-volume catering operation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the culinary execution of large-scale catered events with excellence and creativity
  • Design, update, and elevate seasonal and event-specific menus inspired by global cuisines and modern trends
  • Ensure impeccable plating and presentation standards across all events
  • Oversee kitchen staff and manage workflow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Collaborate closely with sales, event planning, and operations teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences
  • Maintain a culinary portfolio showcasing your work, including presentation and event execution
  • Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control to support financial goals
  • Uphold the highest food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume catering or events
  • Deep knowledge of international cuisines and contemporary culinary techniques
  • Demonstrated skill in menu creation and editing
  • Strong visual eye for presentation and artistic plating
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse departments and teams
  • A digital or physical portfolio of culinary work is required
