Are you a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a “do what it takes” mentality? Our scratch kitchen, farm-to-table restaurant is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM) who thrives in a high-expectation, high-accountability environment and is eager to grow into an Executive Kitchen Manager role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Work Ethic & Drive: Someone who believe in working hard, and taking pride in a well-run kitchen.
- Leadership in Action: Our AKMs are on the floor, on the line—You’ll be a production manager, ensuring execution at the highest level.
- Growth Mindset: We want leaders who will take charge, own their role, and grow with us.
- Systems-Oriented Approach: Our specials and recipes are developed by the Culinary Director—your job is to execute them to spec, manage operations, and develop your team.
- People Management: You’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and holding your team accountable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
