We are a family-oriented hotel company looking for a Food and Beverage Director for banquet space, restaurant, bar, room service

Food and Beverage Director Requirements:

$3-5 Million in annual sales
2-4 years F/B Director experience in full service hotel operations
People-first personality
Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales
Team-oriented
Dynamic leadership

Food and Beverage Director Qualifications:

Understand profit and loss statements
Big picture viewpoint – but can manage to the details
Must be very guest focused
Foodservice and/or Hotel background

Food and Beverage Director Compensation:

$90,000-100,000 in salary based on experience
Achievable bonus plan
Health and PTO

Relocation possible
