We are a family-oriented hotel company looking for a Food and Beverage Director for banquet space, restaurant, bar, room service

Food and Beverage Director Requirements:

  • $3-5 Million in annual sales
  • 2-4 years F/B Director experience in full service hotel operations
  • People-first personality
  • Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales
  • Team-oriented
  • Dynamic leadership

Food and Beverage Director Qualifications:

  • Understand profit and loss statements
  • Big picture viewpoint – but can manage to the details
  • Must be very guest focused
  • Foodservice and/or Hotel background

Food and Beverage Director Compensation:

  • $90,000-100,000 in salary based on experience
  • Achievable bonus plan
  • Health and PTO

  • Relocation possible
