We are currently seeking Associate Attorneys with 4–7 years of experience to join our First Party Property Practice Group in Jacksonville, Orlando, West Palm Beach, or Tampa, Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity for attorneys looking to take ownership of their caseload and build a long-term career with a firm that invests in its people.
Property Insurance Claim Attorney Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $110,000–$165,000, based on experience and performance
- Monthly revenue-sharing bonus plus merit-based year-end bonus

Property Insurance Claim Attorney Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 4–7 years of legal experience required
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Handle first party property claims including sinkhole, wind, fire, and water damage cases
- Take and defend depositions; draft and argue motions
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials (trial experience not required)
- Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
