We’re seeking a strong operator with a passion for wine and scaling hospitality concepts. This is a rare chance to lead a major transformation and leave a lasting mark on a truly one-of-a-kind property.

General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary range: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong working wine knowledge; must be confident educating guests and staff
  • Experience running a full-service restaurant with full P&L accountability
  • Demonstrated success creating SOPs, systems, and staff training programs from scratch
  • Able to oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and daily operations independently
  • Confident floor presence and ability to serve as the public face of the brand
  • Direct experience working with owners/founders and balancing autonomy with direction
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Background with upscale hospitality concepts that have gone through growth or expansion phases
  • Experience launching or scaling operations
  • Exposure to e-commerce or digital brand development in the food & beverage space
  • Familiarity with winery-restaurant hybrid concepts or agritourism-style operations
