We are seeking a results-driven Civil Litigation Attorney experienced in insurance coverage and product liability to handle complex litigation from inception through resolution. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a collaborative, high-performance legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in litigation, including depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trials
  • Draft and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and related legal documents
  • Analyze insurance policies and provide legal coverage opinions
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft strategic memoranda
  • Communicate case updates and recommendations to clients and partners
  • Manage document review and discovery processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive case strategy

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active Nevada bar license (other states a plus)
  • 5+ years of litigation experience in insurance or product liability
  • Strong courtroom and law & motion experience
  • Proven academic and professional performance
  • Must reside in or travel to Las Vegas as needed
  • Familiarity with both state and federal court systems
