Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-tier cuisine and maintain consistent excellence in service.
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and oversee labor efficiency.
  • Lead a motivated, energetic back-of-house team focused on development and results.
  • Ensure compliance with health codes and promote a culture of cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Excel in a busy, high-volume kitchen setting with a focus on consistency and speed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a comparable executive kitchen role.
  • Background in high-traffic restaurant environments is a strong advantage.
  • Culinary certification is a plus, though not required.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, stay organized, and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Experience opening new restaurants (NRO) is highly valued.
