Restaurant Maitre D' Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience with recognizing industry critics
- Provide leadership to build and maintain a strong, yet positive, work environment
- Maintain the organization of the dining room
- Partner directly with the Chef throughout the service and communicate effectively
- 3 years of high-end food, beverage, and service management experience
- Ability to think on your feet and recognize when priorities need to be adjusted
- Outstanding communications skills
- Communicate and manage the flow of seating
