🚜 Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment | $70K–$80K + Bonus | Build Something Big

Are you passionate about heavy equipment—whether it’s your profession or your hobby? Ready to take the lead in shaping a growing sales operation?

A well-established and fast-growing large equipment sales and service company is looking for an experienced, boots-on-the-ground Sales Manager to help us scale to the next level. This is your chance to drive business growth in a hands-on, high-impact role.

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Grow revenue by nurturing existing clients and targeting new opportunities
  • Analyze competition and identify market trends for strategic growth
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Conduct in-person client visits and relationship-building across the territory
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and run effective team meetings
  • Train & develop new and incoming sales team
  • Works with sales team on quoting and lead generation

🔧 What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of Sales Management experience
  • Heavy equipment knowledge—professional or serious hobbyist REQUIRED
  • Strong communication, computer, and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits
  • High school diploma or GED
