Assistant Kitchen Manager-About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for exceptional food, strong leadership, and a proven ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen. If you're ready to bring your culinary and managerial skills to a fast-paced, upscale environment — this is the opportunity for you.

Assistant Kitchen Manager-Responsibilities:

Support daily kitchen operations in a high-volume setting (sales of $5M+ annually)
Lead, train, and develop back-of-house staff
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Manage inventory, control food costs, and drive financial performance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and kitchen strategy

Assistant Kitchen Manger-Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
Experience with $5M+ annual sales volume
Upscale dining or fine-dining background is strongly preferred
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a culinary team
Strong financial acumen and cost-control expertise
Stable work history with solid tenure and references
