Assistant Kitchen Manager-About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for exceptional food, strong leadership, and a proven ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen. If you're ready to bring your culinary and managerial skills to a fast-paced, upscale environment — this is the opportunity for you.

Assistant Kitchen Manager-Responsibilities:

  • Support daily kitchen operations in a high-volume setting (sales of $5M+ annually)
  • Lead, train, and develop back-of-house staff
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and drive financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and kitchen strategy

Assistant Kitchen Manger-Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
  • Experience with $5M+ annual sales volume
  • Upscale dining or fine-dining background is strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a culinary team
  • Strong financial acumen and cost-control expertise
  • Stable work history with solid tenure and references
