Are you a skilled Veterinary Technician with a strong interest in complex cases and diagnostic puzzles? We are looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician to join our specialty team and support top-tier care for pets with medical conditions. As an Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician, you will work alongside our veterinarians to support diagnostic procedures, treatments, and client education.

Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician Benefits

Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician Qualifications

  • Licensed and Registered Veterinary Technician
  • Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in internal medicine
  • Excellent technical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Compassion for patients and empathy for pet parents dealing with a chronic illness

Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician Responsibilities

  • Assist with diagnostic procedures including ultrasounds, endoscopy, and aspirates
  • Perform venipuncture, catheter placements, and sample collection
  • Monitor and care for patients
  • Administer medications and manage fluid therapy
  • Maintain and manage specialized equipment
