Catering and Events Director
We are seeking a polished and experienced Catering and Events Director to lead planning and execution of high-end, high-volume social functions across a luxury property. If you have a refined presence, thrive in client-facing roles, and enjoy personalizing memorable experiences, this is a standout opportunity to oversee more than 1,200 events annually.
Catering and Events Director Benefits and Compensation:
• Base salary range: $112,000–$118,000
• Comprehensive benefits package

Catering and Events Director Requirements & Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience as a Director in catering or event planning at a luxury resort, private club, or high-end hotel
• Extensive knowledge of off-site catering, including full event coordination from concept to execution
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and complex logistics (1,200+ events per year)
• Strong business acumen, budgeting skills, and proposal development experience
• Poised, professional demeanor with exceptional communication and organizational skills
Catering and Events Director Preferred Background & Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple departments (F&B, culinary, banquet)
• Deep vendor, planner, and client relationship-building skills within the luxury event space
