We are looking for an Assistant Director of Banquets at our luxury hotel in Oklahoma City. If you possess creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit, we would be eager to meet you!
Assistant Director of Banquets Benefits and Compensation:

Assistant Director of Banquets Requirements and Qualifications:
- Some college experience.
- Requires at least 3 years of direct experience in Banquet/F&B operations.
- Strong skills in coordinating high-volume banquets and effective communication.
- Robust management, leadership, and teamwork values.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must understand the Four Diamond service beverage controls.
Assistant Director of Banquets Preferred Background and Skills:
- Luxury or Full-Service hotel background.
- Experience with at least 50,000 sq. ft. of event space and associate oversight of 40-50.
- A team-oriented individual who excels in mentorship.
