Head Merchant Responsibilities:
- Oversee small team of buyers
- Merchanding strategy including research, vendor comparison
- Visual merchandising through store plannogram
- Work with interdepartments to drive sales, promotions, and campaigns for curated items
- Sales analytics to identify market trends and inventory control
Head Merchant Requirements:
- At least 5+ yrs Head Merchant, hospitality experience required
- MUST have experience with luxury retail food
- Proven track record with vendors
- Strong leadership skills: team management
